November website update

As promised i made some updates:

- Avatars You can upload your own avatar now, which will be show at every post in the forums !
- Screenshot gallery All users can upload their own screenshots / photo's.
- Signature Possible to set an image or text ( NOT to big ! ) which will be show under every forum post.
- Security update All passwords will be saved with a new technique: SHA-2. The same technique the U.S government use for their applications! I still ask you to don't use the same password as your Luminary account!

That code is nothing more or less then "test". Security goes first !

For all registered users before 24 november:
All passwords got coded with this technique, i picked your e-mail address as new password. So if you used "hello@hello.net" as e-mail at the registration form, your password is "hello@hello.net". Please change asap!
